Time: 11:00 – 13:00

Where? Oaktree Suite

Chair: Sarah Sanpher-McDowell, Development Director at Clearpoint Recycling & Founder of the Women’s Recycling Alliance

Workshop leader: Jane Keogh, Positive Mind & Success Coach

No stranger to adversity, Jane has owned and run her own businesses since 1991. Prior to that she worked in two sectors which were very male dominant and had to overcome many personal and business challenges. The one thing she will never compromise or apologise for (ever again) is being authentically her!

With business experience across a wide array of sectors, but with a particular interest in people and personal development, Jane now specialises in stress and human behaviour. She works with individuals and businesses to improve communication, performance, results and quality of life. She is qualified in NLP and HSE techniques, now known as Core Dynamics Coaching, and is a DiSC trainer & facilitator with Wiley Publishing.
